Managed Payments and shipping labels

I keep trying to find how to switch my shipping labels cost to be deducted from my eBay pending payment instead of PayPal. Has this not started yet? Thanks

The next time you are purchasing a shipping label, look on the lower/left hand side of the page for the link to make the switch.

Just shimmy down to the bottom of the label page and choose your preference... from Pending payments or PayPal. Your choice will become your new default. Good luck.
