I'm getting a message saying there was a problem issuing this refund. This is the second time it has happened. The first time I called ebay and they said they would fix it the next thing I know i got a case for unresolved refund. I'm trying to get that off my account now I would like to keep my top rated seller. But I'm not sure how to even give a refund for a re turned item when every time i try it gives me this message?
