The QR code is e-mailed to you when you choose that option for your shipping label @miss_tilly_willy. If you deleted the e-mail it should be in your trash folder for 30 days where you can recover it.

What if you can’t find the email and it’s gone?

@9655tim There have been several reports the last 24 hours of the QR code not being emailed. I'm sure it's a temporary glitch. In the meantime, go through the reprint function and that will allow you to download a copy of the code.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
