Lost package

Hi, hoping I can get some feedback.  I mailed a package to my buyer via priority mail.  It shows it has been delivered, but the buyer says they have not received it. Am I as a seller responsible to refund the buyer?  Does not seem fair that I would be responsible after the package leaves my hands.  Any Info will be appreciated.

Thank You!

Re: Lost package

No, you are protected!

Did the buyer open INR? If so, just copy and paste the tracking number into the blank.

As long as tracking shows delivered to the zip code to which you sent it, the case will close in your favor.

Just want to comment on this ^^^ though.

You ARE responsible "after the package leaves my hands" and until delivery is shown. Ebay considers sellers to be responsible for choosing a service that delivers so even if the item is scanned along the way, no delivery=seller's problem.

But again, you have tracking that shows delivery so you are protected.
