Lock down situation

What about the stupid buyers that opens a case for "NOT RECIVED" in the situation of Corona Virus.

Registered parcels are stopped moving and those buyers are opening cases.

Ofcourse those parcels will be delivered at some point, but what about the ACCOUNT bad experience ? The case will expire, money wil lbe returned, item wil be received in soem time ahead, and NO MONEY FOR THE SELLER! + may be bad feedback or bad points to the account.

 I think that REPORT system must be REMOVED, because IT`S NOT WORKING AT ALL? Where are the SUPPORTERS ?

Return back the ability for Positive and Negative feedback for BUYERS! This reporting isn`t working! ISN`T WORKING!!!!! ISN`T WORKING!!!!!!

Ebay announce that in covid19 situation lockdown nothing will impact on id's now what is happening there is no support. buyers are not listening or understanding the situation we have shipped packets on time it is delaying by postal service and not iupdating on sites or ebay where the seller is wrong. 

There is no one on ebay to help worst ecommerce platform to buy or sell on this.
