Local pick up option along with shipping option no longer available?

A while back you could do calculated shipping and also check "local pick-up" ... 

Now it looks like you can only either do calculated shipping OR local pick up only ... You cannot do both.

Is this the case? 

It seems like tech companies do these giant revamps and it is always one step forward two steps back (see Microsoft Windows).

I think you can still do both. Somewhere is the option to allow local pickup.

On the new listing tool you have to open the see all options list and enable it. Once you do that it will become available to turn on in the shipping section.
