Local Pickup problem

I listed a large, complex, expensive, heavy stereo system for sale with local pickup. It sold and I contacted the buyer to see what arrangements he wanted to make for pickup. He asked me to mail it. I reminded him it was a local pick up. He simply repeated his request for me mail it. Help! Now what do I do?

Cancel with problem with buyers address.

Cancel as "problem with buyers address" and then report buyer as" asking for something not included in the listing".

It would have been a good idea to cancel and refund before relisting.
