We keep receiving the following error when listing, relisting, and editing already listed items.
What is really weird is it happens when we've already listed items and go into the listing and edited something in the descripton or add a photo, and/or are relisting and item without even making any changes to it.
It seems to keep overriding what we have put in and then telling us that that business policy (that we didn't select) doesn't work for the item
It looks like there's a problem with this listing. Business policies - Package weight is over the weight limit for service USPS First Class Package. The maximum weight is 1 lb.
This is terribly annoying and slows down the processing of listing.
Does anyone have any insight on this or how to stop it?
