Late shipment rate vs. Tracking uploaded on time and validated? Is it just me or is this bull**bleep** & ebay is getting too gready & using any reason to nickel n dime & charge us more every policy update & fiscal quarter. 

For years I printed up shipping label right before my daily post office trip. Somehow Im "Below Stardards" & now charged an addition 6% . I always ship ontime ..In the last 6 months months i have 0 "late shipments" but "uploaded late"  25% late in May, 40% late June, 50% late July....WDF? Im getting tired ebay bullship

Am I being penalized & charged 18.9% seller fees for shipping on time &  printing up my shipping label before I head to the post office.. Ive never had this problem before & it seems like ebay is being greedy to increase quarterly profits

If you are being charged higher final value fees for being below average, it should be explained on your dashboard.  It has to do with defects such as unresolved by seller cases or out of stock cancellations.

Not having any late shipments recorded doesn't mean you weren't shipping late. Even if you ship late, it will be considered on time as long as it arrives by the estimated delivery date OR the buyer answers the feedback question saying that it arrived on time.

A high uploaded late right does not cause a seller to be below standard or to be charged extra fees.  To see why you are below standard go to sellers hub /performance / seller level.
