Why is it taking so long? You should check the item shipping time, it usually takes about 5-7 days

There should have been an estimated delivery date in the listing.  You saw that date and, by buying, you agreed to wait that long for delivery.

If, however, that date has passed by more than a few days, but less than 30, you need to open an item not received case in the Resolution Center.

You're in Sri Lanka and it can take a long time for international delivery.
