Labels not centered on 4" xX 6" labels

Just bought a thermal label printer but the print is not centered on the label but is off to one edge, cutting off part of the return address.  Anyone  know a solution?

Before printing from the printer, you need to make page settings in the advanced settings section, you can choose what you want from there, options such as centered or fill the page.

Any chance you got an Epson one? Seen them at my pharmacy jam up all the time, on the market too for a good reliable thermal printer.

What model printer are you using?

Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe?

See if you can shrink the image 5-10% before printing.
