Hi all! I just purchased a new Rollo thermal printer and It works great everywhere, besides eBay's website! I know I have to select the 4x6 option when using this label printer. I have tried it for about 10 different orders and the label I want to print out will not fit the whole page of the label. Half of the sticker is blank, while the shipping label lays horizontal on the top half of the label. I know this is an eBay issue because I have tried printing out labels on different websites with no problem. I am lost on how to fix this issue. So if anyone with a rollo printer can help me out that would be amazing!!
I already made sure I went into my control panel settings and selected the 100 x 150 option.
To show you how it prints out, I will attach a drawing of how it looks like when printed. My paint skills are horrible.
Treat the drawing as a picture of the whole sticker that is printed out. Most of the page is blank, and the label sits horizontally on top.
