Label size

I am having a problem printing 4x6 label after switching to a new iPad. I have checked the correct format on the label info several times, both at ebay.com and on my app, but it always prints as a full page (8.5x11). I’ve checked online to see what the problem is but after following all the steps, I’m still getting the large labels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds more like a problem with your iPad's settings, and/or the printer driver it's using. Check that it's NOT set for "fit to page" and that it has the most-current driver for the printer you're using.

Just to make sure you did this correctly............you must set this from the create label page using a browser.  Then this will stick for use in the app or the website.  Look to the lower right of the create label page and recheck the current label format.  Is it still set to the 4x6 format?

Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe instead of its built in reader?

Does the label preview look correct?

Just above the preview window is the proper paper size from the printer correct?

What OS, browser, and label model are you using?
