I wish I would have checked with the community before I spent a frustrating month on trying to figure out why my 4x6 labels wouldn't print right! Turns out the solution is right on the page when your printing out a label. mine was set for 8x11 instead of 4x6. It's to the right, under the address, it says format. I had called Ebay to get help but they referred me to the Rollo printer manufacturer. But it was Ebay that caused the problem when I sold 2 items to different people.  I hope this helps someone else. Sorry to hear eBay CS did not help. This is a pattern - lots of reports here where front line CS never suggests to check label size on eBay before telling the seller the problem is on their end.
