Where do I find US postal service/eBay cooperative program? I want to get some LP vinyl shipping boxes.

I have no idea what that even means, but if you do a search on eBay for "LP Record mailers", I am sure you will find many sellers. I used to buy them for about $30 for 100.

USPS/eBay co branded boxes went away Aug 31, 2020.

That wouldn't have helped anyway. There wasn't any box that was particularly useful for LP's.  Boxes of the same sizes are available through USPS.com without the eBay co-branding.
