Anyone else having no luck in using managed payment funds to purchase shipping labels?
I have funds available, but cannot use them to purchase labels after selling an item. I am told i must use my paypal account to purchase the labels although the buyer has paid for shipping and eBay is holding the money for that.

"They do not speak directly with customers so that is not possible. We have submitted this issue on the account. It is a known site error. They are fixing this issue as we send them accounts. However, they do not have a timeframe when it will be fixed.
