Hello!
I've bought a 500 gb SSD from south korea, all was fine i tracked my purchase and everything was running smoothly.
Today, when i received my item, it was just a letter with details about my purchase ( Invoice/Packing Slip ) AND NO ACTUAL SSD!
I'm extremely frustrated right now! i contacted the seller and waiting for his response!
what do you think? will i receive my item?

File a claim in eBay's Resolution Center using "I received an item that does not match the seller's description" for the reason you're returning it. The seller will have to provide a return label or the cost of postage for you to buy a label. Follow all of eBay's directions and meet all their time deadlines for the return. Send back the packing slip (or whatever it is) to the seller--with tracking--and you should, in theory, receive a refund.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file this claim. If, for some reason, this deadline has passed, you can file the same claim with PayPal within 180 days of the purchase date.
EDITED TO CLARIFY: Do not, under any circumstances, use "I haven't received it yet" as the reason for the return. You DID receive SOMETHING--just not the right thing.

I also see you're in Morocco and bought from a South Korean seller.
I've given the ebay.com instructions--not sure from which eBay site you made your purchase . . . but procedures should be similar.
