I’m a seller, and I sent out my item about a month ago. The estimated delivery date is Oct 5, but it has not been delivered yet. I checked the tracking info and noticed that the item is still not even in transit yet... Even after a month? Should I be worried?
The buyer has not contacted me yet, but I was wondering if I should contact them and ask if they have received the item? I’m not really sure what to do (or if I should do anything at all) because I don’t want to receive a negative feedback if the item has not been delivered.
