I have an item I am trying to file a claim on that was damaged during shipping. Item sold and was paid for on 10/12/20 - so it has been the required 7 days wait period. When I go to Shipping Labels page and then under More Actions to get the claim form to complete, the only thing that shows up is an option to print a packing slip. I did notice that if I click on the USPS Priority Mail tab on the Shipping Labels page by the item, it says payment status: pending at the bottom. Not sure if this has something to do with this issues or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
