Item sold for more than Global Shipping Program limit. How to best ship to Thailand?

Hi guys, 

I had a rare concert shirt that sold for more than expected to a buyer in Thailand.

I had planned to use the Global Shipping Program. Problem is, the item sold for more than the limit of $2500. Assuming I get paid for the item (it's been almost 24 hours so far and nothing), any advice for the best way to safely ship and track my item? I'm kinda in over my head here.
