I only chose to exclude three countries for my ebay listings. Those being Italy, Spain, and Ukraine.
I have confirmed that in my preferences, those are the only three countries that are selected.
However, on my listings, the list below appears under shipping exclusions:
Shipping to: Worldwide

What is the reason for these added countries? My only thought is that it may be something to due with COVID?
