I have an item that is showing in my alerts as "not shipped". But it has in fact shipped and the tracking number is listed. What should I do? I don't want my rating to go down because of an Ebay glitch.

A workaround might be to go to 'Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped' and tick on the drop-down menu next to the Order to find the option to 'Mark as shipped'. Might be worth a try... good luck.

Seller Hub is showing it as shipped so I guess I'll just deal with the alerts being incorrect.
