Item returned my USPS-No Number but I can’t get a response from the buyer

I shipped an item and ended up getting it returned to me saying no number by USPS. 

I have messaged the buyer a couple times and no response.  Not sure what to do?  I don’t want to have any dings or marks against my account, I have never had this happen. 

Also I ship from home through Pirate Ship. So any help I would appreciate it.  Thanks

You can:

- refund buyer less shipping and prorated fees using the "send refund" option, with a note explaining package was returned due to an invalid address so you're issuing a refund less shipping/fees.

- do nothing and wait to hear back from the buyer.

If the buyer files a non-receipt claim, you're covered by eBay as long as you shipped to the address on the order. If that happens just add the tracking number to the claim and add a comment that package was returned because the buyer provided an invalid address.
