You are being used by that dropshipper, to fulfill their order.
That's why they don't know their own address -- it's not their address. Now your buyer the dropshipper should but might not refund the end user's order which you shipped to the insufficient address.
Stop trying to contact your buyer. If they start a refund request, respond with the first option UPDATE TRACKING DETAILS FOR THE BUYER even though eBay already has the tracking number. eBay considers undeliverable to be delivered, the case will close without a refund, and feedback is automatically blocked or removed.
Then if you wish @willowanddoch refund all but the shipping and your eBay fees, elija yum.

eBay does not have a phone number that you can call. Wherever you found that number, it's a scammer with an Interactive Voice Response System. If you had called during their scamming hours, you would have been scammed, yaba daba.
