I recently enabled free 30 day returns on all of my items and have a theoretical scenario to play out in case it happens down the road... I have it set up to where all of my returns go to my USPS PO Box. But let's say a buyer buys one of my items and chooses UPS as the carrier. They get the item and decide to open a return request. Now, since I have free returns turned on, eBay automatically accepts the return and sends them a prepaid shipping label. My question: If UPS was the original carrier, will the return be sent back to me via UPS? If so, then the box will be rejected at my USPS PO Box. And if that's the case, is there a way for me to change a setting in my eBay account to force all returns to go through USPS so I can have them delivered to my PO Box?

Do you have "street addressing" service available on your USPS PO Box? I do, and it's free (for me ... and for most??)
I receive USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL, etc at my PO Box.
It's just:
Your name
Physical Street Address of Post Office
Box #
City state Zip
Ensure you have this service available and "sign up" for it before using it just to be safe. Not sure who strict your PO people are but technically it requires a sign up, I think because it's not always free? Idk. Better to be safe than sorry
Then you can make that the address for all returns to cover your bases no matter the carrier. It's my default ship to address so I'm covered on all shipments.

eBay issues "no postage needed" USPS Priority or Ground Advantage Return Service labels.
-- eBay had/has been experimenting with FedEx return labels, to much uproar.
-- eBay escalated returns sometimes gets a UPS return label.
If FedEx or UPS doesn't already refuse a PO Box address when a label is attempted, both carriers will mail a postcard to you @capulet_and_co when they cannot deliver your return package, asking for another address or an in-person pickup.
