I bought this item, paid for it, never received it and now I can't contact the seller. I sended a couple a messages requesting a refund and had no answer. I tried to make a complaint but EBay can't find the article I paid for and didn't recieved. What do I do now? Will I get a refund? And how do I make a complaint?

If you have not received your item and it is past the estimated delivery date:
You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an "Item Not Received" (INR) case with eBay. If it is past 30 days, you have 180 days to file an INR with PayPal.
If the listing is not in your Purchase History, check your emails to see if there has been any correspondence from eBay concerning the listing.

Good luck, and come back if you have further questions.

When did you purchase the item?

Everything should show on your Purchase List. You can adjust the date range, so you can find stuff for even a couple years or more. But if it is too old to file a claim, that is different. And you are correct, the OP can certainly file with PP if they paid via PP. Or if they used a credit card, they can file with their credit card company.
