I purchased an item that was shipped out on Jan 18. It had a "guaranteed by" date of Jan 20. The item was not received by that date and EBay offered a voucher. However, it has now been 4 days later and the item is still stuck "in transit" each day that has passed. What should I do?

First, go to the USPS website, enter the tracking number, then sign yourself and your buyer up for emails that will come every time the item is scanned. Then ask your buyer to wait a couple more days. If the buyer has opened an Item Not Received claim, enter the tracking info even if it is already there, then call eBay with the tracking information and ask them to extend the claim for a few days because the item is in transit.

Give it some more time, delayed package, unfortunately this has been happening, expect it to arrive

Be patient. Weather is causing many delays in many places.

I sold an item and it 5 days late. It is stuck in transit somewhere near Pompano Florida.

My buyer saw the tracking and knows it's on it way, just very slowly.
