Hello. I'm a relatively new seller and I was looking for some advice.
I have received 3 item not received requests within days of eachother. I sent the items in the mail with standard ebay labels weeks ago, but the tracking never updated and 2 them still want the item and one wants a full refund.
I messaged them it's in the mail and updated tracking for the 2 who want to keep it, but they ghosted me.
For the third one tracking still only shows label created.
What should I do? I feel like I've gotten to many of these back to back to be a coincidence.

If you are using the eBay Standard Envelope (ESE), you are covered for losses up to $20.00 each. Just file a claim under the instructions.
If you believe your envelope was lost in shipping, you'll need to wait 30 days to file a claim. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the date the shipping label was created.
You can reduce the amount of the claim if your shipment was only partially lost or damaged, however the claim amount cannot be more than the item's sold price.
To file a claim, select the button below and add the following information to the form:

USPS is having technical difficulties. When you go to enter tracking on their website there is an "Alert" message saying they are working on the issue.
This has been going on for about a month now.
Let the buyers know they can expect their package by the estimated date and if not received by then the buyer should open an item not received case with ebay and you can open a request with USPS to find out what the delay is. That usually gets an update on the tracking quickly and if package is insured, open case with USPS.
I've noticed once the packages are delivered, tracking is updated with full info from time label was created.

OP is using ESE. Not a "tracked" item. Just a "metered sort of situation" that is done as the "letters" are being processed along the way that does not get " tracking scans".
If the ESE gets a "metered letter" scan anywhere along the way in the process the seller is covered, and will be refunded by eBay for any loss claims by the buyers. If never in the system the seller is held responsible.
