Item broke when i started using it, and seller won't accept return

I bougt apair of shoes  for 250 dollar and they broke after just a couple of hundred meters, the seller wont accept a return or money back, claims that they cant be certain how i treated the shoes, event tho i sent pictures that clearly state that they have been treated as normal. 

I´m trying to get in contact and email or chat with Ebay crew, but it seems impossible,

Is there some one that can helt me?

There's no need to contact eBay as there is nothing they can do for you. Just open a PayPal return although you will be required to pay for the return shipping.
