I am getting so upset with ordering anything from EBay lately, nothing ever received when promised, (always getting a message arriving late) this is so unacceptable a day late is one thing but when it’s more than that👎🏻😡

Time of the year. Just got a message from Amazon about my order, was due on the 10th, now moved to the 21st. Had to cancel and refind that gift.

It's not really "Ebay's fault"... did the seller send it out late? Is the shipping service (USPS, FedEx or UPS) running behind?

Ebay has requirements for us sellers to adhere to. If we don't, it affects out rankings with Ebay.

NOTHING is promised or guaranteed on Ebay.  Those are estimated arrival dates.  I know that those dates are way off on the east coast to west coast transactions. I am in NY and more than  60 % of my items sold go to Oregon and California by first class. They take at least 5 days to arrive.   I ship out the next day and I now email all buyers on the west cost to be patient.   The post office is now slower in many areas.   They definitely need more employees.

Somehow I thought that we had all been apprised of the fact that the USPS is slower these days due to the higher volume of holiday mail.
