Item Recieved but not in eBay tracking

My buyer recieved the item.   Usps Tracking says it was delivered.  When I printed the label on eBay  it said the item was shipped.   But is not showing as delivered therefore not releasing the money.  Help.

There is sometimes a delay in what USPS shows and what eBay shows. 
I had an item get delivered but tracking never updated on eBay it happens. 
As far as getting your payout , No one here can help with that. It maybe 30 days until you receive a payout.

If you are an inactive seller on Ebay you will have a 30 day hold on payouts which is in the policy.

Do the funds still show as "on hold" in your payment section? You will get them eventually. Has it been 30 days since the purchase? If it has been a week since USPS says delivered but does not show that in ebay tracking you can reach out to ebay reps on social media and ask them to see about the tracking. Sometimes the link from USPS to ebay breaks.

Tracking is updated by USPS not eBay.  Looking at your sales for the past 90 days, you only show items sold on November 2ed and 3rd, which puts you into the infrequent or returning seller category, so the up to 30 day payout hold would kick in. Can't tell from your Feedback for the past year how many sells you actually have because it only shows 2 for selling.

New and infrequent sellers will have a hold of money made from selling of items.

In order for this to not always happens make sure you sell items every single month no matter how cheap they are.

Tracking has nothing to do with holding of your funds.

One of the most mis-interpreted policies that somehow propagates on social media about ebay payments is the "you get paid when the parcel shows delivered" on tracking data.......

It is only 1 of many criteria that must be met before a "Payout" is initiated. All the scenarios for holds are succinctly laid out for all to see and review. Delivery, although it is important, is only 1 factor in a myriad of policies.

USPS is a bit lax in scanning packages. I have received many that were never scanned delivered and a few that never received any scan at all.  Just have to wait until it times out.  You can check it on the USPS web site and see if it shows anything there.

Thank you all for your assistance.  As it was confirmed as delivered by USPS the funds were released. 

The rest of the story.

Another customer recieved their item and could find no way to acknowledge they recieved it it was not scanned delivered either.

Then another customer gave me a feedback, yet the package showed not delivered.

Crazy.  

Bottom line.  After 30 days the funds are released to the seller if no action is taken by the buyer claiming no delivery.
