Item Not arrived

Hi All,

I bought a set of wheels a few months ago, paid straight away. I didn't hear anything from the seller for a week so I asked when they would be posted. I had a reply saying he had symptoms of coved19 and would post them out when he could. I left it another 3 weeks and contacted him again. No reply. Waited another few days and messaged him again, still no reply. I checked his other items for sale and found that he sold and posted an engine 2 weeks after I paid for the wheels. I opened a case with ebay and they said that there was no ebay protection on the sale, and that I have to try and work it out with the seller? if he wont respond how can I? I had a message this morning from ebay saying that my case has now been closed?? It wont let me open another case either?

anyone have any suggerstions?

It seems you waited too long to get help from eBay.

 

If you paid using PayPal log into your PayPal account and file a case there.
Do not close the case until it's resolved. Be sure to ask PayPal to step in when you see that option available.
