I purchased a set of headphones in a private auction 2 weeks ago with a 60-day return policy. The item was defective upon receipt and I want to return it. However, the item does not appear in my Purchase History, so I am not able to continue with my return request. Any idea why my purchase item didn't post and what measures I can take to either fix the issue or return the package without going through Purchase History? Thanks.

maybe Ebay removed the item, you can file at Paypal.The transaction will be there.
