I keep getting this error when I try to create a label for a Royal mail 2nd class small parcel, the buyer states that the address is correct, I've tried variations of the address with no luck, the address is at a university halls of residence and contains an unusual code which I think may be causing the issue.

This is the .com site @benry89 so if there are issues printing Royal Mail labels today most people here won't be aware. I suggest posting on community.ebay.co.uk instead.
