I have traded since 2005 and currently find that I cannot print delivery / shipping notes when operating through Firefox or Chromium but can when using an AOL site. I believe the AOL site is due to close soon and I keep returning to the Firefox and Chromium sites but whilst the shipping note appears on screen it does not print. Any suggestions or help? I see this has been an issue in the past but the fixes I read about from 2013 have not worked for me.
One thing I have noticed is that the first lines of the html text is in black on the AOL site and in red on the others, is that significant?
