Issues with package being shipped by Speedpak

Hello,

So about 2 weeks ago I ordered an album from a seller based in China. This was my first time ordering with them so I never had anything shipped with Speedpak. For some reason, my package seems to be going all over the place.....delivery attempts in different states, it has arrived at my local post office then goes back to a different one and it keeps going in circles...and the most recent update says that it was "dead mail." I attached a screenshot of the tracking info to show. The tracking number I have doesn't work with USPS so I'm not sure if they'll be able to help me. I contacted Orangeconnex, the company who owns Speedpak, and have yet to hear a response. I'm not sure what else to do and how to get my package to me...

Looks like you have to wait until after the latest estimated delivery date and file an INR case with eBay. 

Noticed that the tracking shows several delivery attempts with No Access in Far Rockaway, it that you?

Have you tried calling your Post Office?

nope, my location is stamford, so it's really weird that it keeps going back to different towns. must be something wrong with the shipping label or something
