Mail being really slow

I've shipped a few items and mail seems to be at a snails pace on media mail. I  just about always ship my items out by the next day and some of the tracking info shows little or no movement. I've got one guy that says he's filing a not received item and expecting a refund. what are our options when something like this happens? The package is in transit and what will happen if I have to give refund and then he receives the package?

You contact the buyer and see if they'll repay.

If the item is worth it, you can try to have it intercepted and sent back to you.

Right now is not a good time to be shipping Media Mail, because it is real slow and they aren't to worried about getting them delivered.

I had to refund other day. I had no choice. Either that or get a strike. Soon as package is delivered, I will be calling ebay. I'm not even going to bother contacting buyer cause they went silent after they opened the case. They wouldn't respond to me and they surely ain't gonna respond to me asking them to pay. Ebay is gonna have to pay. They gave me 4 days to have item shipped which is outrageous during this crisis.
