I am in a smaller town in Bedford, Virginia. 15+ years ago I used to sell on ebay and it was simple and cheap (postage). I started selling again about 1 month ago and use USPS click n save.
The first 8 items i sold my first month back went great, USPS worked perfect.
This week I sold 3 items and when i try to use click n save I get the message " we are sorry but an unexpected error has occurred during the checkout process. This has been going on for 5 days now.
I called their 1800 number and they said everything is working and they cannot help me. If I bring the items in to the post office their shipping charges are ridiculously higher than click n save. I´ve tried different browsers etc.....
Does anyone know why this is happening as obviously click n save is working for all of the other sellers on ebay.
Also, any alternatives to use to ship items whose prices are similiar to click and save? The three buyers have been nice and patient but I need to get the items sent out to them soon without losing money on shipping.
Thanks for the help, this is frustrating.

Pardon a nitpick, but it's "Click-N-Ship," not Save. You can get the same rates by printing your labels through your eBay Sold Items page, have the additional benefit of automatic uploading of your tracking numbers at the same time, and you can pay for the postage using pending funds from the buyer's payment. Definitely a win-win for you that way.

I don't know why you aren't printing out your shipping labels on eBay as you will get the commercial based discount. If for any reason that doesn't work you can sign up for an account and also print out your shipping labels on Pirateship.com which will give you the same discounts.
