I recently printed a couple of USPS labels through Ebay and noticed some odd issues.
The first label issue was the change in city location. A particular package was supposed to go to Atlanta, Georgia, 30319. Ebay/PayPal addresses matched, but when printed, city was changed to Brookhaven. Brookhaven has the same zip and is a northeastern suburb of Atlanta. I modified the printed label to say Atlanta and I'm sure leaving the label as it was printed would not have been an issue.
The other label issue involved the editing of an address, customer forgot to provide their apartment number. I added the apartment information to the Address line 2 input section and printed the label. Everything printed fine except the apartment information was on top of the street address. This is not a big deal, but it is a little irritating that something so basic cannot function properly.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar results.

Both usps and eBay labels always print the apartment number above the street address.
