I recently purchased a pair of tennis shoes from a.r. Wholesales. They shipped me shoes in 2 different sizes. I notified the company and they asked for a photo. I sent the photo and they said I could return the shoes, which I did and paid the postage myself. No response from them, so I contacted them again. They now want the tracking information on the return. This was their error and they are making it my problem!!! I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not purchase from this seller again

All you had to do was open a not as described case, and the seller would have been responsible for return shipping and refund. Did you get a tracking number proving delivery? If you did, open a not as described case in the Resolution Center, below, and submit the tracking number. If its past Ebays thirty day mbg, go to Paypal, you have six months there to file a case.
