Isn't there a way to send a buyer a link to print a return label?

A buyer wants to return an item and doesn't want to stand in line at the PO and they're in lockdown so he doesn't want to go anyway. It seems to me that there is a way for me (the seller) to send a link to the buyer that all he has to do is click and it pops a window to print a prepaid return label with his address as the return address so that all he has to do is put it in his mailbox. Or do I do this through PayPal?

Have the buyer start a return on Ebay.

When you approve the return, you can have Ebay send them a return label.

No link but you can send a jpeg of the label PDF in messages and have them print that out or better yet like our other poster suggested, have them open a return and they print their own label.

If they can't make those options work I'd say...let them keep it.
