Why doesn't ebay tell you right from the beginning that anyone can return anything, anytime for any reason or no reason at all. If they were truthful with sellers there would not be so much negativity here.

EBay is not discounting Regional Rate Boxes

USPS Click N Ship has the EXACT same rate as EBay on Regional Rate boxes. There is no discount on EBay.
