Isn't SpeedPAK supposed to TRACK packages?

I sent them an email telling them the tracker says my package departed Commerce, CA on May 2nd. My question is, four days later... Where is it? Their response was to tell me it departed Commerce, CA on May 2nd. (???) I say yes. But where is it??? They say it can be delayed because of the virus. I say yes. But where is it????

Someone else here was wondering how their package can depart the same location TWICE? Mine did that, too.

But really, it would be refreshing if they'd just say they don't know where it is rather that say the check is in the mail.

It is in China.  And yes, it is delayed because of COVID-19 ... perhaps for weeks or months.

SpeedPAK is a shipping service from China, not California.  My guess is that you are purchasing from a China seller that misrepresented the item as being in California ... their feedback rating is probably 93-98%, right?

Regardless, you have an expected delivery date.  If the package has still nor arrived by that date, then on the next day you should file and Item Not Received claim.

It was here in the U.S. when I really started to wonder.

I knew where it was coming from when I made the purchase. They were the only outfit on this diseased, infected planet that still offered what I was looking for.

Their feedback is the only thing you got right.

You should refrain from guessing. It makes you come across as an ignorant, ugly American.

What does "disappeared off the radar" mean? Can't tracking say where it is, even when there are no more pings.
