I was given a negative feeback from a buyer who first said the product was all damaged and wanted a return. Then he said he never received the item. Now with case open for him to return a product he never received (I do have the tracking number showing delivered. )
he has left this offensive feedback. What is your opinion?

Totally removable and 100% unremovable.
Depends on how many phone calls you want to make and who picks-up the other end.

@iyiyi67itrftu556u67 Did the Buyer process an Item not received claim? If so just upload the tracking number to the claim file. I just completed one and eBay states in the Resolution that they will remove any Feedback related to the transaction based on awarding the Seller (me) the claim and not the Buyer. Wait until the claim ends then contact eBay to have them remove the Feedback ...

Maybe this is one of those times you should call eBay.

Tomorrow morning you just need to call Ebay. If you have online tracking that shows delivered, you just need to give that information to the call center and they should remove that FB as it isn't accurate.
And while you have them on the phone, you should go over the claim the buyer opened. The CSR you talk with will be able to tell the exact date and time your buyer left that FB [even though we can't see it] and they can see the exact date and time your buyer opened the claim. This would be VERY important information because if they posted the FB saying it wasn't received within a similar timeframe that they opened the SNAD saying the item was damaged, that could be a very telling thing for the CSR.
Anyway have them look closely at the claim and the FB. Ebay may very well be able to help you with this issue.
Good Luck!

Well it was first an item not as described. Resolution center allowed him to print off a label in the next 10 days. Yet, he came back and said he didn't receive the item. So Ebay is giving him 10 days to return the item which I said no returns. To conclude: He has 10 days to return an item he says in the feedback he didn't receive?
Crazy???
The buyer has 5 business days to ship once the return label is issued by the seller.
