Any way to talk to a human at ebay about shipping calculator not showing the correct shipping cost?

You'll get more informed help if you post the specifics here @asdehunter . Shipping experts on this forum are typically more knowledgable than CS when it comes to all aspects of shipping.

Can you provide package weight, dimensions, shipping service, zip codes, and specific rates that you believe are incorrect and what they should be?

There is no human at eBay who can talk to you about the shipping calculator. But as noted in the other post, this board is full of experienced sellers who will be able to figure things out if you provide specific details: Package weight and dimensions. both exact prices (what eBay is showing vs what you think it should be showing, as well as your source for the latter price), which service, and both ZIP Codes.  The eBay shipping calculator is 99.99% accurate for USPS postage, so it's very likely that you've overlooked something.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
