Is there any way to get a USPS number from a speedpak number?

I have a package that is supposedly out for delivery since yesterday morning. Tried to get information from the post office, but they need a USPS number. Is there any way to cross reference these numbers or find a USPS number from the speedpak number?

I'm having the same issue. I have written to the CS@***.com email three times during the past week, and have not received any type of reply.
