Is there a way to re-print the scan form after the post office receives it?

I used the scan form for the first time. I dropped off  6 packages. The receipt only shows one tracking number. They kept the form and 5 of my other packages all say waiting to arrive at the post office.

I contacted eBay customer service. Packages are all showing now. eBay verified all packages are accounted for. Most likely a delay with updated tracking. But for future reference, print a second copy of the scan form or remember to ask for your scan paper back. You cannot regenerate one once it’s been printed.

They are supposed to give it back to you.

It literally says directly on the scan form to give it back to you.

It's above the bar code.

When the USPS scans the scan form, only the master tracking number on the scan form will show on the receipt. However, all the tracking numbers for the parcels related to the scan form will have an acceptance scan under their individual tracking numbers.  🙏😎✌️

Just remember that the scan information will not be instantaneous & that it normally takes until the end of the USPS business day for things to start showing online...sometimes you need to wait until the next day.🙏✌️😱

There isn't a need to print a second copy of the scan form. If you truly need it for your records, then just save the generated PDF scan file to your desktop.....ebay normally keeps it available for a few days.

When you have a scan sheet scanned, this will be the first recoreded event for each item on the scan sheeet:

Shipment received, acceptance pending. Once an individual package on the scan sheet receives a scan, it will generate an acceptance scan for that package. THIS is proof that USPS has pssesion of the package.
