My buyer's address was incorrect in ebay which resulted in the package being returned to me as undeliverable. Is there a way for me to buy another label for this item in ebay so that I can get the USPS discount? I'm not seeing any way to do it. Thanks for any suggestions!

If the buyer has returned the package to you, you're covered on an INR when you load the tracking showing 'Undeliverable'.
You can relist the item for the buyer and have them re-purchase, if you and the buyer are still willing.

Thanks very much! I'm planning to also submit a photo of the package that was returned with the return to sender stickers.

Frankly, if a buyer can't take the time to make sure their address is correct, I would not want to sell to them again. After all is said and done re the refund, I would block them.

in future you can always go to PP & print labels without them paying this way https://paypal.shipstation.com/orders
I ship orders all the time using it.
