How to properly package

Hi everyone, so I wanted to point out that I specialize in selling home decor but wanted to sell an iPhone I no longer use. Decided to put it in a FedEx padded Pak and I have no idea how I’m supposed to select shipping. There’s no option for it, with it being in it’s original box and wrapped in that bubble mailer pak it does have uneven thickness but the center of the pak is about 3 inches thick. Do I list this item as a package then? I also want to make sure it includes tracking. It weighs 16 oz exactly so not sure what to do, help!

If we don't offer  a specific option you can select the Flat Rate option and charge a specific amount to the buyer. At that point you can buy the label directly from the shipper and upload the tracking manually. Thanks!

A padded envelope is not enough protection for that.  Use a box with padding on all sides.  You don't want it damaged in shipping.
