Is there a list of all countries included in the eBay International Shipping Program?

I received an enrollment email yesterday for EIS and I currently have all countries other than the USA excluded. Are all countries included in this program or is there a list of applicable countries? I’m not sure what countries you to remove from my exclusion list. Thank you.

In the body of the text you will see a "+" sign just before the heading "Eligible Countries". Click on the plus sign to view the list of eligible countries.
